We work with commercial businesses and public-sector organizations. That includes small and mid-sized companies that need working technology without a large consulting program, and government agencies or prime contractors that need a specialized engineering partner on a defined scope.

How We Deliver
Every engagement follows a defined sequence so that expectations, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are clear before development starts.
- Discovery and scoping. We review the current process, systems, data, and constraints, then document the objective and a written scope of work.
- Solution design. We define the architecture, integration points, data handling approach, and delivery milestones for review.
- Build and validation. We develop against the approved scope, test with representative data, and review results at each milestone.
- Deployment and support. We deploy into the client environment, document the solution, train users, and provide ongoing support where included.
On company size: Business Edge Analytics is a small company by design. Clients work directly with the engineers responsible for the solution, decisions are made quickly, and the person who scopes the work is the person who builds it. We do not represent ourselves as a large consultancy or claim experience, certifications, or contract history we do not have.
Commercial and Public-Sector Focus
We serve commercial organizations across industries including professional services, insurance and healthcare administration, logistics, manufacturing, financial services, and nonprofit operations.
We are also preparing to pursue government contracts for the first time, with an initial focus on smaller AI automation, document processing, analytics, and software engineering projects for federal, state, and local agencies, and subcontracting work with established government prime contractors.
